Requirements: The only known people to have this spell (requires PM’d permission) are the Rangers in the Fifth Watch as it is required.
Target: Other connected minds, whoever the message is intended for (or all connected minds if intended for all)
Effects: Allows people to mentally send and receive messages from other minds that have been connected telepathically. When sending messages, the caster must concentrate on doing so and cannot multitask. Receiving messages can also be distracting if not properly trained but one can multitask receiving messages while doing something that requires low to moderate concentration.
